      Should Win a Best Place to Work Award

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, with fabulous staff who are committed to the company and each other, there is a warmth that flows throughout the office. Our location has very good links to public transport and is easy to find, as a driver traffic can be heavy but I wouldn't say it is worse than any other journey in rush hour. Good Perks, staff events throughout the year and rewards for hard work and consistency.

      Cons

      Holiday entitlement could be better for new starters

      Fantastic place to work, great family atmosphere

      Pros

      The company are supportive of career progression, the salary's are competitive, the staff and management are very good to work with and it has a nice family culture. Many of the staff that work here have been working at Sunrise for many years as they enjoy their jobs. The holiday package starts at a lowish level, but it increases to a very generous package over time.

      Cons

      This is a competitive industry and you need to be thick skinned to deal with challenges that may come your way in any department. There is also not a great maternity package here.
