Pros
The company are supportive of career progression, the salary's are competitive, the staff and management are very good to work with and it has a nice family culture. Many of the staff that work here have been working at Sunrise for many years as they enjoy their jobs. The holiday package starts at a lowish level, but it increases to a very generous package over time.
Cons
This is a competitive industry and you need to be thick skinned to deal with challenges that may come your way in any department. There is also not a great maternity package here.
