Knocking doors, long hours at times, dealing with difficult people and situations constantly.

Now the company is filled with unethical toxic people. Management steals leads from you and goes behind your back to close deals you started. I’ve seen this going on for years now. If you are not Mormon you will not advance into any leadership role. They dangle the proverbial carrot in front of you and constantly push for more output. With the promise of advancement. Only to hire more Mormon men into the leadership positions. In addition there’s a ton of racial and sexual discrimination that goes on within the company. They have been sued in the past for discrimination and more than likely will be sued again.This is just from an employee standpoint. From a customer’s perspective, the company is horrible as well. Project management is atrocious. They make mistakes and don’t take responsibility when there’s a problem. It’s taken years to fix issues and they still don’t get resolved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking to work for them. Nor anyone looking to have them install solar on their home.
