Working alone and creative control.

Cons

No holidays off, no work from home, low pay, lots of finger pointing and blaming others, they also don't mention in the interview that you'll work at a store on every Holiday so if thats something your not into its not for you. If you do leave they also won't pay out your time off. High turnover rate for designers.
