In the sense that you aren't stuck to your main role but are free to dip your feet in all types of tasks and projects. I had the opportunity to be a content writer, a co-host and talent for social media. Diversity is a value that the company strongly adheres by. Whether that be the people that work here, the representation of people in content, etc.

It's virtual. You make your own schedule. You get a Letter of Recommendation at the end. I received valuable training, skills, and experience. Great learning environment. Great leadership. Everyone was helpful. You get recognized for your hard work and ideas.
