Pros

None at all, avoid working for this company at all costs unless you like being treated like dirt for less than minimum wage

Cons

Made to work on your own every day even if you are straight out of college Made to cover other salons even if it means 6 hours travel a day Regularly change the bonus system to their advantage Head office staff really uninterested If you are sent on training courses they take a days wage and all your travel expenses from you Bullying within the company is rife Made to add charges onto the customers bill without them knowing so you can earn a bonus or else you are paid less than the minimum wage

Pros

It pays the bills (as long as you don't have many to pay), you won't be stuck for things to do at the weekend (because you won't see one out of the salon)

Cons

Wages are awful, training is not worth mentioning, targets are unobtainable, salons are understaffed, no junior (but you are still expected to cut continuously and do the duties of one), unpaid overtime, too many rules, figures and targets laid out by pen pushers in an office somewhere who have probably never picked up a pair of scissors before, very few incentives or opportunities.
