Pros
Mostly a great working atmosphere, was managed well enough with the budget we had. Very positive team-work environment, work hard every day and you will not be bothered. Very lax on breaks; take when necessary. Hour lunch.
Cons
Absolute strangest business plan/strategy on the planet; company seems to work in the opposite direction of their motto. Communication is something completely unheard of - always seems to be the focus of improvement, but the focus is always lost though an apparent lack of communication. Always exceptions to many rules with certain staff members. Company will put too much money and attention toward dead end ideas. Very small workforce, must multi-task well when someone is out. Will be extremely loyal to the wrong employees.
