Pros

HLM does an exceptional job of making culture a priority. Whether it's through team building, fun events, or just checking in, I've seen a stronger culture in this remote setting than any of my previous in-person roles! The team is just incredible!

Cons

Remote work can sometimes be difficult, but that is true of any company and not HLM-specific.

Pros

Work from Home. benefits and unlimited PTO were good, Were ok with you actually working from anywhere as long as you go things done.

Cons

They did not have processes or training for the role. I have many bosses, and each one did the role differently. Everything was constantly "on fire" the two management leaders gossip a lot and would talk down about the other CSM team. They would preach work/life balance but over load you with clients. CEO will slack every late in the day/after hours

We are proud to offer remote work so that you do have the flexibility to travel and enjoy a work life balance. However, we would like to acknowledge your concerns that you raised about the lack of processes and training for your role. At HLM we have implemented a new Learning Management System (LMS) to help support our processes and training. Our leaders and team members are responsible to upholding the information in the LMS. Recently, the feedback we have received is that this system has been a huge win for us and provided support to our team in all things training! We also take your feedback regarding the management team's communication and work-life balance seriously. Gossip and inconsistent management practices are not reflective of our values or the culture we aim to foster. We will address these concerns internally to ensure a more supportive and professional environment for our team. Additionally, we are continuously evaluating our workload distribution and communication practices to align with our commitment to a work-life balance. We appreciate your candid feedback as it is helpful to identify areas where we can improve and grow as an organization. If you have further concerns, we would like to hear about them, please feel free to reach out to the Human Resources Department.
