Pros

Friendly colleagues and supportive team members; tasks are clear and manageable when workload is normal.

Cons

Promised max 6 daily chats but we get 8-10 regularly—false expectations. Management changes frequently with no clear decision-making, making work hard to follow. No work-life balance due to mandatory overtime; salary is low for the load. Lack of incentives or rewards for extra work/overtime. Pressure to meet unrealistic performance targets. Limited or no work-from-home options despite heavy workload. Pay is consistently delayed—often arrives late afternoon or evening instead of morning on paydate, and salary disputes are common which cause significant stress. Additional issues may include inconsistent policies, unfair workload distribution, and no clear career growth path not to mention HMO will only provided after regularization instead of day one as standard practice.

Pros

The only thing that I could think of is that majority of the people on leadership role is incompetent to the point that people do what they do because they leaders doesn't even know how to deal with it.

Cons

Very toxic company. Even HR Team wouldn't process a legitimate incident report and that it would take months for them to even process it. People that gets promoted in this company are those people that are within the circle of the boss. Either you should be his former agent, TL so you would belong with them and get promoted.

Pros

Great environment and a solid place to grow your career. Yes, it’s fast-paced, but honestly, what BPO isn’t? I’m more than happy with all the opportunities I’ve been given here, and it’s been really rewarding to watch so many people grow within the company as well. If you want development, structure, and a chance to move up, this is a good place for it.

Cons

Because it’s a fast-paced BPO, things move quickly and sometimes get busy, so you have to be adaptable — but that’s normal for the industry
