      Surex is one of the great places to work. If you are an experienced insurance professional or a budding new aspirant new into the insurance industry, Surex offers you a great platform to grow your career. Great Leaders, Management, and Teamwork, always ready to help each other, with a very strong philosophy to give the Customers the best to give exceptional Customer service makes it a very good place to work. Surely recommended.

      There is nothing good about this company

      Owners have placed their friends and family in all positions of authority within the company, nepotism runs rampant. If you disagree in the slightest expect to be lectured. They preach positivity, work life balance, and teamwork, but nobody in management practices what they preach. Several people work in constant fear of being fired if they say or do the wrong thing. It is a very toxic work environment where the senior management has ruined a good workplace for her own benefit and only promotes females ahead of many qualified males. Owners seem to only care about being able to take trips to their cabins and have no clue or don't care about their bottom tier staff.
