      Pros

      The work isn't difficult there. The customers for the most part are nice. The majority of employees are pleasant people.

      Cons

      We are normally short handed. The workers that we do have are mainly slackers. Raises don't come on a regular basis even if you do consistent good work.

      Chance to work with Windows 95 and live animals!

      What to say about Cherokee Advertising, Sutherlands in house ad agency? Do I open with each working space surrounded by years of hoarding and filth? Or do I lead with both live and dead roaches and rodents in the kitchen and bathroom? I can't decide. Ill just leave you with the added bonus of working with constant racial and homosexual slurs in the most hostile work environment Sutherlands has to offer.

      Starter job after high school, if you choose not to go to college

      Cons

      Worked at in house ad agency. Horrible working conditions. Roach infested building with limited heat. No soap in bathrooms. Computer equipment from the 90's. Supervisors mocked gays and minorities at all costs.
