Big family community with dynamic that makes children feel they are there for them district-wide. Employees really care about the kid's best interest!
Cons
Constant change in administration is wearing away at the family dynamic that is this system's strength. Communication is at upper end and trickles down with extreme disrespect especially for part time help.
