      Some customers tip well depending on the location

      Cons

      Owners are overbearing and obsessive. They pick their favorite employees to favor, and prey on the people they don't like. Manager is overworked and under appreciated. Overall, not worth it. There are plenty other coffee shops

      This franchise has a lot of good quality products that are top of the shelf and clearly head and shoulder above top industry competitors'.

      Cons

      The franchisors are not very well invested in the success of the franchisees. Key issues are poor brand recognition, lack of strategic marketing in local markets and exorbitant start up costs that will hinder profitability.
