Nothing really to say here.

Cons

- No processes and policies - Product and Engineering are in a state of chaos and complete burnout - Mediocre product and talent - They encourage an interrupt culture. People call you during meetings and get irritated if you don't answer. People won't even send a DM before hand - CEO is invisible. Doesn't attend All-Hands. - Benefits suck - Management is mediocre and junior. Completely lack leadership skills and have very unreal expectations. - Don't expect HR to be helpful, they allow management to negatively impact employees without repercussions. - Management expects you to work +12 hours a day, every day. - There is no diversity here, either in culture or thought.

Completely Confused Strategy

They allow you to be remote.

Cons

Poor management team that doesn't have a consistent strategy, ultimately leaving everyone confused and fearing for their jobs. Changing strategy on the fly isn't helping anyone and just alienates who you have left. C-Suite and retail development teams consistently enter poor partnerships without proper research, leading to overly stressful conversations about why nothing is working.
