      You get free drinks. Beyond that, coworkers and customers are the only upsides.

      Cons

      It's as if an emotionally unstable teenage girl was running a company. There's no communication from management. They value feelings and social validation over logic and process optimization. They'll spontaneously cut your hours by 80% without telling you and say it was just an accident. An accident that's gonna cost you hundreds and them nothing.
