Pros

An incredible company to work for. The team varies from project to project, and functionality and ways of work depend on the project leaders. However, there are strict rules and regulations that everyone follows, especially regarding processes. Safeguarding and the code of conduct are well practised.

Cons

At times, your life depends on your project leader and the project you are working on, which can create friction.
