      Pros

      HR and the Health and Safety team are great, payroll and administration team are reliable and approachable.

      Cons

      Pay structure is well below its competitors, training, development, and benefits are all poor to non existent. Certain “engineering” managers don’t have an engineering qualification to their names, and the management overall is poor, too busy looking for their next move, rather than supporting their own team. I honestly think if the company started random drug testing it would loose half of the employees.

      Pros

      Swisslog have been the best company I have worked for in my career. Fantastic people, high standards and lots of progression opportunity. They value their people and this is shown by the companies success.

      Cons

      Some companies pay higher but the salary is still very good.
