      Pros

      Competitive salary. Great exercise. You're able to communicate and share photos with fellow walkers during the day through an app. Hours are flexible. You get to spend your day with dogs. Management cares about the team. Decent benefits. More importantly, you get to spend your day with dogs.

      Cons

      Sometimes you're so busy that you don't have time to eat.

      I loved working with the dogs, and building bonds and relationships.

      Management went down hill after it was sold.

      Pros

      Not much other than not being entirely responsible for the dogs that are walked. Killing other dogs occurs and is not discussed.

      Cons

      What can be said…a dog was murdered on a walk. How can one honestly work for a company with this level of irresponsibility. Overall very sad.
