Pros

Catered Meals on Monday Good Health Benefits Gym Membership Family Oriented

Cons

Inappropriate Behavior from Execs, but nothing was done about it. I put in a claim when it occurred but the Executive who acted inappropriately still works there and I still had to work under him. I decided to leave and faced backlash from management (ex: not able to use my PTO, being let go prior to my set date of deployment.) Average to Mediocre Pay Rate Heavy Workload, Understaffed Not a Welcoming Environment Little Room for Growth, Job Development

Pros

Great pay and benefits, education provided. Low turnover rate, many people worked here for 10+ years. Company will take care of it's engineering dept.

Cons

Aggressive deadlines, lots of work. Sales led company that can lead to sudden changes in workflow between cycles. You never know when the next rush will happen. Sometimes overpromising from higher ups means you work long hours for days. In between rush cycles there is usually enough time to study for certifications.
