Very bad working environment. CMM level 3 is for name shake.They did not renewed it .It is NOT REGISTERED company .check MCA website. No HR .Accountant does the HR job here.First of all no detailed structure of the rules and regulation for the employees. They are not giving the appointment letter and offer letter. NO NOTICE PERIOD SALARY and that to it is 2 months. CEO is just want money . No good leave structures also.No seek leave .Work for one month get one day leave. Just enter the HELL with your own risk.
