      - Great place to get exposure to lots of different methods and processes in a variety of contexts. Rapid paces work is engaging and lots of interesting topics to explore. - Management trust you to do your job and supports you. - Variety of backgrounds in staff lead to interesting conversations and connections with peers. - Easy-going workplace with social opportunities. - Decent range of benefits from health and fitness to education course and education funds!

      Cons

      - A lot of self-motivation and direction needed to seek growth, education or changes - not for everybody - Diversity in leadership needs improvement - I know it's being worked on and improving slowly - Consultancy work can lead to monotonous projects or long stretches of on-site work away from peers - Pay is lower than standard
