If you are "lucky" enough to open a can - good luck as one can will lead to another and another Processes are plenty and too many red tapes. All Mgt knows is to add approval. Simple tasks can have so many layers that unnecessary time were spent chasing for them Lack of proper planning on some initiatives. Unrealistic deadline were given and it's common to get Mgt KIV decision when you are almost done. Some ADs (and even D) do not know what's going on. Approach them for advice or solutions is a waste of time. Many of these AD do not dare to offend the higher level and thus everything is - Yes Sir, Yes Ma'am You will be expecting calls or "urgent" emails on non office hour/weekends whereby they are actually not urgent. Perhaps to some of them, you are expected to cover 24x7 I left the company in less than 6mth
