Tough sale, contradicts a core tenant of data architecture, very niche buyer, marketing unable to generate momentum, they do a poor job of setting accurate expectations.

Great Pay - definitely pays on the higher end of the scale

Lets employees go just months after hiring them. As someone in Sales who worked closely with several employees who were impacted by an unannounced riff, it creates lots of concern across the org, It would be ideal if there were warnings, But to let employees go just months after hiring them, as well as a few who had been here longer, makes me wonder how much security a series A startup really has...
