This company is Growing and doing it at an incredible rate so there is tons of opportunity

Cons

Because they are Growing so fast and they are New they are still developing and requires the employees to help with policies and procedures along the way.

Poor planning and no tools for success.

They had a hybrid work schedule and unlimited PTO which was nice.

Cons

All their decisions they make are contingent on sales deals which require IMMENSE amounts of custom work and the client can back out at any moment. So when the tool ends up not working and hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work has been done they have to lay people off. They need to start caring about their employees or they'll never be successful. Wave after wave of layoffs isn't a good look.

Pros

Has unlimited PTO. Great environment with great people. Work in office only two days per week. Great snacks.

Cons

Mandatory two days a week in office. Can wait a long time for any pay increase. Very non linear pay scale for coworkers doing similar work.
