Very high turnover in many departments. Of those who aren't in the process of leaving, many want to leave. A place to work that does not support innovation or progress but instead tries to shut it down. I and others experienced this throughout our time there. Many managers are inexperienced, which causes frequent problems, yet leadership will not take on experienced managers. Many leaders only worked here so believe what they see is normal Contractors are given very poor contracts Diversity and inclusion initiatives are done well but the attitudes and real life outcomes are poor. There is a strong cultur of dishonesty and complete lack of transparency in leadership. They are open about planning to lie to candidates to hire them Syngenta R&D UK is worth avoiding.
