We’re glad you called out the variety of challenges here - solving new problems every day is something many of our team members genuinely enjoy. That said, we’re sorry your experience felt exhausting rather than energizing. We do want to clarify one point. We genuinely don’t recall ever saying employees can’t eat at their desks. In fact, our offices are always stocked with snacks and drinks, and we regularly bring in catered meals. Taking breaks and fueling up is encouraged, not frowned upon. Everyone experiences pace and pressure differently, and if it felt unmanageable during your time here, that’s feedback we take seriously. We continue to focus on prioritization, manager support, and making sure people feel comfortable stepping away when they need to.
