I am glad that I am currently working with SysTools Software Pvt. Ltd. 1. At SysTools, we focus more on positivism and building good business relations among the team and professional grooming of an employee. 2. The team, the management and the facilities are so beneficial. 3. A helping work environment is managed in such a way that you get to be innovative and productive. 4. Any kind of indiscipline or disrespectful behavior among the employees is less tolerated, thus creating a more pleasant work place for every age group.

I will try to be neutral and transparent in my judgment for the company that I am working for and whatever I will be writing is based and builds upon my personal experiences with the company hence my view or review might contradict or compliment with other reviews out here. I choose this day to write my review very wisely as it mark my one year with the organization and thought what better way than writing a review ( with a flashback of my memories) to acknowledge it. I joined in August 2013 as a Trainee and being from technical background (B.Tech in IT) I found the business arena the company is engaged in to be very relevant and will certainly I can take advantage to advance my career(as Cloud Computing and Digital Forensics are cool to flaunt in resume plus the company happens to be one of the best in the industry). The first three months if I remember correctly were rather tough as any new joinee I have to prove my mettle to everyone whom I come in contact with. Like a newcomer I just want to breeze through everyone to make name for myself (eventually I did but the competition was way too tougher then what I anticipated). These three grooming month helped me in accessing my strength and weakness but the management and my team leader were clear, “keep your weakness and give your strength” and from time to time I was hinted when I was wrong (by way of tough words) and when I was right (compliment type words). The next three months were the most productive as I was proactively participating and engaging on various fronts and being a quick learner I was applauded for my team spirit and active participation. In January I had completed almost my 6 months here and this is the month when I got my first promotion and was nominated to lead and manage their Cloud Computing wing (finally my IT skills started paying dividend). After successfully leading the team I was acknowledged for my skills ones again and the management decided to give me a new role as Technical leader plus Technical Trainer (off course with a newer package). Now after completing one year I feels some sense of accomplishment though it’s just the beginning nevertheless it would have not been possible without my skills and management's hawk eye in recognizing talent and building them.

I have completed my 6 months period in SysTools organisation. I am very glad that SysTools offered me to work in it. They will give a chance to the fresher’s to show their talent and opportunity to learn. Even the mentor also help you in every step wherever if you find difficulties to understand the problem. The management team and the seniors are very cooperative.

It would be my sixth months and I had a great experience in SysTools, wonderful environment, and colleagues. I must say SysTools is the best place to learn, grow and live your dreams. The type of support a person needs to adjust in corporate world, is here in SysTools. I Learn a lot and seriously all Team Leaders are awesome, they are always ready for help, a very Cooperative management. Looking forward to complete years with SysTools.

I came here as a fresher didn’t have any idea about the corporate world but after working with such helpful, experienced & well-trained seniors & management team, now I can say that I am at a right place & with the right people. Every single employee in this company has always guided me when I asked for it or even when I didn’t (because of my hesitation). My colleagues & managers have always helped me & motivated me to gain proper knowledge so that I can become a great tech geek. For the first time, I have come to such an environment where my acquaintances suggest the ways in which I can become a better personality. Everyone here is there to help you with your personal or professional issues. Plus the fun activities that happen every month helps me to lighten up my work burden & makes me say KUDOS to the Admin team for such an innovative idea. I have a long way to go with SysTools.

I have been working at SysTools full-time (More than 6 months). Good IT Company, Started my carrier in SysTools as a Technical Trainee. Learn & gain knowledge on different domains that were new to me such as data Recovery, SEO, Website management. Management Team working good for employees' prospective. Office culture is great and good environment. Seniors are supportive and always ready to help.
