When you hear the top management use the phrase, "I cant offer much in terms of money, but am offering the chance to learn", you have to rethink your decision. It's like an IT sweatshop where u have only one life and that's with Systech. They dont pay much for laterals and treat them as outsiders all the time. They extract your life in exchange for, not the learning promised, but for the high figured salary of top management. There is no work life balance, but you would've figured it out by now. Literal 24x7 work all the time with low compensation. Even if compensation is high, none should be worked that much.

No work life balance. Employees work like slaves sacrificing personal life. No weekends, no holidays even for developers. Lot of hypocrisy around the company. Policies are totally biased and will be tweaked to management’s comfort and wish. onsite team considers themselves as demigods and suck offshore’s blood. HR team is a puppet!
