Pros
- Good work-life balance - Adequate management - Interesting challenges. You can learn a lot - Nice people - Low entry threshold. You can start from entry positions and move after that - Company is actively hiring and looking for junior, middle and senior specialists as well
Cons
- Not the highest salaries for IT field in Russia, but pretty good for Kaliningrad - Clients are primarily from Russia and ex CIS region
