      The good thing is that the employee not only learns how to work and deliver it, but they also have overall development. . The company follows open door policy and maintains transparency.

      Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to work at Systems Plus so I am unable to comment of what it would be like.

      Cons

      After a very long selection process for a senior role in the UK, the company withdrew their offer of employment, even after contracts were signed. This felt very disappointing and unprofessional to me.
