5yThis is a deplorable situation, this information is defamatory, false and part of a smear campaign. Any opinions in such a form of feedback are always appreciated and help the company grow.
"No project, No Salary" is pure lies and it reflects a poor mentality and spirit of spite/revenge.
Interns in the company are paid a stipend after their first month, and full time employees are compensated according to their offer letter.

1. Not judged by your degree, but your knowledge 2. Join if you want to learn advanced SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel 3. Mostly work is descriptive analytics but have worked on some great predictive analytics projects. 4. Lots of client interaction 5. Become a master at analytics tools, programming languages. Much more to learn than big established companies where your role is very limited. 6. You get incentives for every project.
Cons
Some weekends can be working depending on the work as its a startup.
