      Pros

      -Great opportunity to grow and expand along with the company -Friendly environment - I love the office infrastructure - a young company run by the youth . The energy level and work motivation is very high.

      -Some of the coworkers are unexperienced and hence team work can become difficult

      Pros

      Platform to showcase your skills, not just a company. I am working here since 2 years and have build my skill and reputation, coz of TAC Security. I was not able to get a job; I had no experience, but TAC has given me the opportunity to prove it. Message to fake reviews: If you really have problem from CEO or Company leave the company right away, and if you have already done why you are so bothered. Haters and fake commenters, if you have guts and right why don't you write a compliant under labour law and prove in the court. Either stop writing fake comments here. It's enough.

      People are hired without experience and they are taking company for granted.

      Great Learning

      Pros

      Let me tell to the world about the company. Learning is the key point at TAC. I had not much knowledge about the domain and in few months I had gathered relevant knowledge. CEO's experience was a great help to learn.

      Cons

      Negativity in the office, due to young immature employees. When ever management used to share a good news about new milestone or growth the peers used to take it very easy. Peers doesn't help you and cooperate with others, you have to go CEO all the time. Everybody talks against CEO-Trishneet Arora but all of them dream to become like him, I couldn't understand this.
