      Pros

      TALEEM is an employee based environment thus making it an amazing experience for everyone working to be at a leading role. Learning is an everyday part of an employee which will eventually enhance them personally and professionally.

      Cons

      The only downside of working with TALEEM is that due to the diverse base locations of the teams, it gets hard sometimes to properly coordinate and communicate due to the major time differences.

      Plenty of Professional Development - some off site - that can be useful. Ability to move between campuses. Overall, good students.

      Cons

      Lack of support from SLT with difficult students. Parents are pandered to so they won't leave. Lack of resources and autonomy.
