      The board does not put teachers first

      Pros

      Good community, highly motivated students, beautiful campus

      Cons

      The board does not prioritize teachers' well being. They rather continue building luxury facilities than give teachers a raise or improve their working conditions. They demand a lot and do not give enough. I left because of the decline in benefits.

      The students are great. The geographic area is wonderful.
