Abundant. Management has no idea what is going on the ground level . Every day a new policy is decided and rolled out in the name of agressive tactics and each of it falls flat within no time . Extreme level of pressure . HR is very rude and careless . The targets are senseless they themselves on pan india basis declare targets every time and each time 10-12% of these targets are achieved . Senseless expenses are done wgich are absolutely not required and expenses which are worth something woun’t be acknowledged..... there is a big spiral web of hierarchy if you need approval to even buy a pen (this is done to maintain the image in the name of TCOC but on the contrary i think makes a employee think as f she or he is a thief) . DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY UNTIL THIS CLUELESS MANAGEMENT IS REPLACED YOU WILL FIND YOUR LIFE IN TATTERS BELIEVE ME THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE YOU CONSIDER TO COMMIT SOMETHING LIFE THREATENING. Stay away . Last but not the least YOU will be going in a great flow (ex) selling equity and due to some unexpected market event one of their debt fund generates good returns this management will start pressuring you to sell that fund senseless con call would be arranged to talk about that particular fund (looks like their fund managers are even not aware) and after this sudden effect fades away that fund will lag again you will not be able to face your IFA’s Bankers and ND’s . They themselves don’t know what their best thing is and if they have something good with them like ETHICAL FUND they will never tell the world that they have this . FRUSFRATION AND BELIEVE EVERY LINE I WROTE IS DAMN TRUE AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE DO REVERT ON THIS WHEN BY ANY ACCIDENT YOU GET INTO THIS COMPANY UNTIL THIS MANAGEMENT REMAINS .

No growth path, bosses take decisions as per their choice of employee. Here, in sales somehow numbers dont matter ,only if you can massage your boss's inflated ego, your ratings improve. All you need to do is carry your ZH's tiffin box, do his personal travel bookings, drive him around in your car , and youre his favorite. Hard work of the ground level RM is shown as that of the ZHs.Worst is top management turns a blind eye to it. 6 days working evenif on papers its 5 days. If they had their way, sundays would have been working as well.
