      Pros

      1: Nice Inhand salary (No Bakwas seedhi baat they give approx your ctc/12 not like other company some blah blah blah and giving only 60% of your CTC) 2: Work culture 3:Onsite chance(it is very high here wanted to keep this on first but their salary structure is nice) 4: Nice hike on appraisals .
