      The company was sold! But they gave a lot of time for people to adapt or find a new job.

      Medium size team. Cooperation, transparency and lac of politics makes it a really nice positive work environment.

      Cons

      Nothing much apart from getting women in more senior positions.

      Social media advertising. Aggressive sales mentality. Existing client base, but reducing. Relationships with social platforms.

      Cons

      Constant change, based upon a whim. What may feel new internally, may not be new in the outside world. Growth strategy is based upon the success of Facebook and Twitters advertising model. The former is currently struggling.
