Discounts on accessories, if that. Able to see the latest and greatest on new devices. Nothing really else to say about it.

Cons

Lies from the top down. The CEO, VPs hold weekly webinars that sound more like N. Korea propaganda. This organization has no clue how to lead a company and certainly doesn't pay employees what they deserve. Look for every way to change commission structure.

Tmobile has the best service and ceo EVER, delaing with customers in the environment was awesome - Tmobile has amazing plans - prices and features.

Cons

100 hour weeks - lack of support from management - backstabbing, hipaa, eeoc, aca & ada violations - these guys need to take classes on how to run multiple units
