      Unfortunate Experience for a Person with a Disability

      Pros

      They seem to have a friendly HR staff.

      Cons

      They were unable to promptly meet my disability needs for a quiet working environment due to ADD, resulting in a major panic attack and my early departure. They offered noise cancelling headphones but those never appeared weeks after being promised. They also offered to move my desk against a wall but it didn't happen either. Additionally the job requirements that were presented to me were very far from what I was asked to do once I joined. There were a LOT of major added duties never described in the application/hiring process.

      Pros

      There were no pros working at this company.

      Cons

      Overworking employees who are salaried because they feel like they can and then cut their pay. No work life balance. No true vision of the company. Everyone wants to lead but nobody wants to follow through.

      Pros

      HR Manager was a decent person, more than I can say about other "managers"

      Cons

      I went through multiple managers (start of the issue), no one would hear me out about issues. Work load became insane. Directly reported to a senior manager who didn't care for quite a while. During part of my time there I was working really long days doing a ton of work and got told by the person I was reporting to that "if i dont start performing then i wont be here much longer" which broke my heart and made me just absolutely stop caring at all. I didn't get a fair shake because no matter how hard i worked or tried no one cared. It was honestly a waste of my time. with that said though there are good hard working people in that company that grind hard every single day. Just none of them are management.
