Literally the worst company I have ever worked at

I can't think of any pros of wanting to work at this company.
Cons
- Micromanagement - Unethical practices - CEO is aggressive and verbally abusive - HR is undermining and doesn't even attempt to present the employee - No upward growth opportunity I worked at the company for a little over a year and was constantly undermined and micromanaged. My role changed three times without a pay compensation change either. The final role I landed on was worth multiple times what I was actually being paid. When I tried to bring it up to management outside of their non-existent performance reviews, I was told "what I was doing wasn't real software development". I was verbally abused, both during and after work hours. I was asked to do things like to clock out and continue talking about work. I was not reimbursed for California state law expenses like personal vehicle mileage or uniform. When I was put on permanent unpaid suspension, I left and tried to hire a lawyer, but they stalled out with the biggest defense firm in the state. The last time I even attempted left a review like this, I was called by both the CEO and another manager at separate times and left death threats and threats of violence--of which I had to file police reports both times for.
