Pros
They invest a lot in training, including travel If you don't have much going on in your personal life and are willing to spend your life working you can make a lot of money
Cons
If you're not prepared to work 12 hour days, you're in the wrong place. You will be judged if you leave at 6pm - seems worth it for 19k a year. It's a glorified call centre - you'll spend up to 12 hours a day sat at a computer and be asked to cold call a list of people from job boards. If you want to scratch up on your voicemail skills, this is the job for you. You won't have a life & you will be judged for asking for time off. And if you do take a day off, expect a call from your manager asking you to call someone for them etc. Culture is forced and fake. You are put under an intense amount of pressure from your biller and you're made to feel absolutely worthless.
