      Cons

      There is always room for improvement, but I think TENTE is on top of those items.

      Professional Molders with experience at reputable molding shops, avoid at all costs. Its a headache you dont want

      Cons

      No organization, structure, discipline or leadership in the molding department. "5S" is a dusty poster on the wall that has long been forgotten if it was ever practiced in the first place. Mold water diagrams have to be made with CAD software so the "mold setters" can figure it out. No maintenance, auditors or QA. I cant comment to any other department

      Pros

      Family type atmosphere, company outing once a year, occasional payed lunches, will train you in injection molding with no prior experience.

      Cons

      Low pay, low raises, poor management, no compliments, no gratitude or appreciation for anything above and beyond. Until the moment you mess up.
