      This job robs you! Non livable wages!!!!!!!!! You need to work a second job if you decide to work here to live.

      The people we help. They make it worth it.

      •Wages (extremely low) They should be embarrassed to pay me $650 for 2weeks working full time. •Overly demanding ( I hade to pick up another job to make ends meet & I was being grilled about it) •Unprofessional •Uncaring higher ups •Understaffed •Hr needs improvement •Misinformation ( No one knows anything) •No pay raise after 6months !!!!! They lie and don’t give it to you.

      Thank you for your feedback. At TERI, we appreciate honest and constructive feedback to help guide the internal changes that we make. As a non-profit agency, TERI relies heavily on government funding sources to fund staff wages. Please contact your local government representatives to support TERI's active continual efforts to lobby for increased funding to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their staff.
