      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Room for advancement. Employees work as a team. Great mission to help thousands of students achieve an education, who otherwise would not be able to do so, by structuring student tuition payment plans that are realistic.

      Cons

      I do not have any complaints about working here.

      Pros

      Supervisor was nice... Um, that's about it. There are no pros about this company. Do not apply. Do not work there.

      Cons

      Everything. The bosses have their favorites and treat the others that aren't in their "clique" like dirt. Very rude upper management. Disorganized and horrible training process, if you can even call it training. Worked there a couple years ago, maybe things have changed but I highly doubt it.
