      The Worldclass scam they try to pull on society, investors, and target companies would blow your mind. Lack understanding of company culture, and good will. Send in fleet of mba's and low level rental executives (to lay people off), just to strip target companies with laughable management fees just to dump the company at a loss to an old business school buddy to bail them out. Rinse repeat.

      Cons

      Remember the father of private equity, Mitt Romney put his dog on the top of his car for 12 hours, just to stop for gas, wipe the diarrhea off the dog, and keep going. Check your conscience and sense of right and wrong at the door.
