Pros
Workload is extremely easy, if you set a low bar you can easily do a days worth of work in just a few hours. Bad for advancement, but good if you want something easy.
Cons
Terrible pay (among the lowest in the entire industry), management does not care about you at all, one employee with good production was fired on the spot without severance for asking for a small pay increase. They don't care about employees at all, it's clear you are just a number at this company.
