Pros

Now a part of Acuris, a larger company, TIM Group continues to thrive. Culture continues to be important. Much of the company at least tries to adopt a "mutual learning" model. In this model, you may be an expert but others may know things you don't, so it is always worth checking your assumptions with others. This makes decision-making more inclusive, and better. Great people across the board. Lots of opportunity for the company business-wise, should be a good couple of years coming up.

Cons

Not quite the same freedom now we are part of Acuris. No snack cupboard any more!

Pros

I've learned more about positive team dynamics, the role of employees and managers, the art of experimentation, and importance of strong client relationships at TIM Group than at any other company. Senior management encourages a culture in which employees step up and not just make suggestions but take responsibility for seeing them through. I feel empowered to speak up, be controversial if necessary, and make things happen within my team.

Cons

Can be tiring sometimes when everyone is trying to improve performance all the time.
