Pros

Establishing rapport with the clients that you serve.

Cons

Your team members have side jobs and pretend that they are going out into the field to "help" a client when in reality it's an excuse to be able to leave early and go to their next job! How do I know? They talk openly about it, make phone calls to their other job, send emails and calls for their other job and get away with it because management doesn't care! It's the best place to work if you enjoy stealing from the County and are unethical without morals regarding the wellness of the clients!
