Pros
Honestly, they are a family. A freaking big family. You need help? You'll get it. You need to talk? Call your assign "social" employee. You have a family? Work the hours you want. You have an emergency? Take the time you need. This company is awesome. I only worked in 2 other tech company, but it's the first time I work somewhere without the feeling of being a number for my boss. The salary is good too! I didn't finished school and have only 2 years of experience in programming and i get paid around 60k. Needless to say that I'm happy with this. You are paid for your experience, your diplomas and the amount of responsibility you take on your shoulders. My fellow female coworkers are paid the same salary i am (the one with almost the same experience as me the others are paid more than me hahaha). 2 big party a year. And let me tell you. BIG party is not a joke. 2 day at the lake all included for the 100 employees.. that's crazy awesome.
Cons
Honestly? Not much. 1 - I leave to far from the office to physically go there and socialize. So... It's a me problem.
