Pros
- Some great people, who are passionate, care about members, their role and company.
Cons
- The company treats employees terribly. - Abuse is rife from the top, then covered up by Management Board, Leadership Community and HR. - Nepotism and favouritism. - CEO/Management Board/certain members of the Leadership Community and the HR team should be embarrassed for what they have let the company become. - Around 10 HR staff for a 150 person company - who spend their time covering up bad behaviour and shady practices. - Only a lucky few (for example Engagement Members or certain individuals in the CTO office) are respected by the SLT, most others are treated badly, and are miserable/depressed. - Arrogant, narcissist leadership - they think everyone is poor at their job, which in reality is the opposite. - Unless you are prepared to bow to certain leaders you have no status in the company. - The company is very quickly getting a very bad reputation externally. - Good people are regularly discarded without care. - The company values are not carried out by most at the top. - Everyone is disposable. - Revolving door in the past couple of years. - Loyalty and contributions irrelevant unless you are one of the chosen few. - Suspect reviews on Glassdoor - up until 20th January 2026 there had been around 30 total reviews in 11 years. Then 4, 5* reviews all appeared on the same day. Then after a few bad ones, an AI looking review will appear. Make of that what you will. - Culture of fear - an entire department was let go in September 2025, but not even mentioned. - Consistent redundancies at the end of each tax year,
